Kimberly Doody: Experienced Doula Support
I am an experienced Doula who provides exceptional support services for Colorado families with newborns. My practice is firmly grounded in principles of science and the deep belief in holistic care for both baby and post-partum mothers. While my focus is newborns, I make myself available to mothers for guidance and support where needed and welcome.

I am an experienced Doula dedicated to supporting Colorado families as they welcome their newborns into the world. My practice blends evidence‑based care with a deep commitment to holistic support, honoring the wellbeing of both baby and postpartum mother.
While my primary focus is nurturing newborns, I remain fully available to mothers who seek guidance, reassurance, education, or emotional grounding during this transformative time. I meet each family with compassion, respect, and a steady presence—offering the kind of care that helps everyone feel held, confident, and truly supported.
My Background
I am a 7th generation Colorado native with deep roots in the community. Colorado has a long history of “live and let live” approach to life. I bring this philosophy to my doula work. I believe each family is the author of their story and I am the scientific evidence-based support structure to build your family story upon. I was trained by Allo Doula Academy, a 200-hour training academy focused on scientific research and hands on training to include 75 hours of clinical training. Utilizing the information, I learned from Allo and my dedication to continuing education, I strive to help families thrive, not just survive.
My Philosophy
My goal is simple -- to provide families with the knowledge and support needed to ensure a strong foundation for learning and success. Each situation is unique and requires a support plan adapted to the needs of both baby and mother. As a doula and grandmother of five, I feel privileged every day to be welcomed into the homes of clients and entrusted with their most precious gifts.
My Services
I offer a range of tailored services to support women and families throughout the pregnancy and childbirth journey. These include prenatal care, childbirth education classes, labor and delivery support, postpartum care, and lactation support. I also offer home birth services for low-risk pregnancies.
I have been providing Doula services for more than X years and, supporting Y families with knowledge and expert care. I understand and value the importance that families place on privacy and work with them in advance to establish appropriate expectations and boundaries. I strictly adhere to science-based practices in caregiving and, as such, have been selected to support multiple families with premature infants, multiples and those with special needs.
